ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТЬ ПРИМЕНЕНИЯ БЕНЧМАРКИНГА В СПОРТИВНЫХ СИСТЕМАХ УПРАВЛЕНИЯ (на примере фитнес-клуба)
Аннотация
Исследована проблемам использования методов инновационной экономики в спорте, в частности
метода «бенчмаркинг» в управлении фитнес-клубом. Автором рассмотрены возможности использо-
вания данного метода в сфере управления фитнес-клубами, произведён анализ опыта работы фитнес-
клубов, даны практические рекомендации по улучшению их работы.
